Kreuzwertheim. Every year from the end of August, the Caravan Salon Düsseldorf is the hub of the caravanning world for ten days. In addition to the manufacturers’ existing product ranges, visitors were able to marvel at new products and innovations. There were also lots of new things to discover at the Tischer stand. Under the motto ” Discover the New!”, the Kreuzwertheim-based company presented a new management team, new commercial management and a new trail cabin.

New Faces

Visitors to the Tischer stand met two new faces: Patrick Sauer and Thomas Hoffmann represent a generational change at the Kreuzwertheim-based company.

The 30-year-old graduate engineer Patrick Sauer will take over the management of the company from 01.01.2022. He is following in the footsteps of his stepfather Peter Tischer.

Patrick Sauer: “I am very much looking forward to the time ahead, the new challenges and all the ideas that we will implement together as a team – and by that I mean all our employees.”

At his side: Thomas Hoffmann. He will take over the commercial management at Tischer from January 2022. “After four years in the company, it is not a matter of course to be given such trust. I am completely behind the company and am certain that we will successfully drive the company idea forward in the coming years.”

New Shape, New Dynamic: Trail models with new alcove shape

In addition to the new faces, one thing in particular was the focus of attention: the new Trail model. Presented to the public for the first time at the Caravan Salon, the cabin attracted everyone’s attention: the new, sleek alcove shape is characterized by an angular body. A flat front surface emphasizes the modern design and is ideal for attaching additional headlights.

“We were inspired by the major car manufacturers, who tend to design their models with angular lines. We definitely wanted to pick up on this zeitgeist,” explains Patrick Sauer.

The interior also benefits from the new design: the sleeping area in the alcove is five centimeters larger on each side (length and width).

Buyers ordering from September 2021 will receive the new Trail cab as standard.

A breath of fresh air for interiors: new fabric designs

There were not only innovations to discover in the outdoor area. On entering the interior, visitors to the trade fair were inspired by three new fabric designs in a maritime look, refreshing green and subtle gray tones.

Anyone who wanted to could also take the opportunity to pick up the new Tischer catalog.

The new fabric designs will be available to order from September 2021.
