TISCHER creates more space for handcrafted set-down cabins
- New factory hall for the expansion of the cabinetmaking workshop, thus 4 more production places in production, CNC and repair focus on 350 square meters
- Optimized production processes and increased efficiency in order processing
Kreuzwertheim. TISCHER, a long-established company based in Mainfranken, Germany, has been enjoying steadily increasing demand for years as a specialist in handcrafted skip cabins. In order to equip the production facilities even better for the growing demand, a completely new production hall has been built since the start of construction in 2022. It offers more than 350 square meters of space and creates room for the expansion of the cabinetmaking workshop, which is staffed by specialists for the construction of the furniture. This enabled production to be expanded by four additional assembly stations for installation. The innovative technical equipment includes a new, large-scale CNC machine. It allows cabin parts to be processed over an area of 2.6 x 7.5 m. It is also faster, offers additional features and makes processes even more productive.
By relocating to the new factory hall, the existing production line on the TISCHER site can be optimized in terms of space and better structured. The relocation will create space in the older production halls for an urgently needed expansion of various production units. This can further increase the already very high efficiency of the seamlessly coordinated production teams. As Patrick Sauer, Managing Director of TISCHER GmbH Freizeitfahrzeuge, emphasizes, “… the successive expansion of our factory premises in Kreuzwertheim is a key factor in implementing the customer orientation typical of TISCHER, while at the same time continuing to achieve perfect quality.”
TISCHER has been growing continuously for years
Over the last 10 years, TISCHER’s business development has been particularly dynamic – which speaks volumes for the company’s values, philosophy and products. The new construction and conversion of the headquarters in 2013 was followed just five years later by the first major expansion of the plant with the construction of an additional modern production hall. It enabled significant increases in capacity from 2018 onwards, but these have now also reached their limits again after just five years.

Customized craftsmanship down to the last detail: this is also the motto at the newly inaugurated production site.
TISCHER manufactures high-quality set-down cabins with all fixtures and furniture. In return, the existing production has now been made even clearer.
