The manufactory mindset plays a major role at Tischer. We want every cabin that leaves our facility to truly feel “crafted”. That’s why we still do much of the work by hand — with great attention to detail. This applies to the cabin build itself as well as to our in-house furniture production.

With 50 years of experience, we’ve built deep know-how and can expertly handle even complex requirements. At the same time, state-of-the-art technology supports us in manufacturing cabins with the highest precision.

Cabin manufacturing “Made in Germany”

From the very first design sketch to the finished Tischer cabin, we take your wishes and requirements into account. That’s why our team builds high-quality demountable cabins “Made in Germany” using state-of-the-art machinery and outstanding craftsmanship.

Our cabins are built using sandwich construction. In this process, aluminium sheet, rigid foam insulation, and an inner plywood layer are bonded together under pressure. The CNC-machined cabin components are then assembled with precision.

This construction method offers multiple advantages: high stability, low weight, and excellent insulation performance.

Two strong options. Box vs Trail.

Double-walled foam-filled molded parts made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) are used for the structure of the alcove. They form a double-skinned, well-insulated roof hood with built-in windows including blackout. Inside is your cozy sleeping area, where you can snooze and chill like a marmot.

We can build the outer alcove shape of your choice: Do you prefer the TRAIL version on the right in the photo? Or would you rather go with a Tischer BOX? It looks a little more angular and voluminous, while TRAIL looks more modern and increases aerodynamics when driving. This shape also creates a little more space inside, so that you can unfold a little more freely.

Exterior design

Built to last – versatile in design

Each of our pick-up cabins is almost entirely handcrafted and features a high-quality, smooth aluminium exterior skin with a baked-on finish. This material allows for a wide range of design concepts and custom looks.

Other premium exterior components include SEITZ double-glazed windows designed to prevent thermal bridging, complete with insect screen and blackout blind. Naturally, the entrance door is also of the highest quality and seamlessly integrated — featuring a mosquito screen and a sturdy security lock.

We create precisely crafted furniture that combines smart functionality with a true feel-good atmosphere inside. Everything you need is right where it belongs within easy reach. At the same time, we aim to keep the space open and inviting, with attractive surfaces and comfortable seating.

Custom requests are no problem for us either: additional storage, individual interior layouts, or even more comfort — we bring even the most unique ideas to life, exactly the way you envision them.
